- Scope of These Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to the Evergold Jewelry website and every order placed through it. Placing an order confirms that you accept them.
- Eligibility to Order. Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over. By checking out, you confirm the personal and delivery details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
- Our Products. Every ring we sell features a genuine, GIA-certified diamond in an 18k white gold setting. Because diamonds are natural, minor characteristics unique to each stone are expected and are described within the limits of its certificate.
- Pricing and Promotions. All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Launch and promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and in limited quantities, and may be withdrawn or changed at any point before an order is placed.
- Placing an Order. An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only once we confirm dispatch, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, where a listing or pricing error has occurred, or where stock is unavailable.
- Payment. Full payment, including any applicable charges, is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
- Certification. Each ring is supplied with the GIA certificate matching its centre stone. The certificate is the authoritative description of that diamond's grading.
- Delivery and Risk. Delivery timeframes on our Delivery page are estimates. Rings are shipped insured and signature-required; responsibility for the ring passes to you once it has been signed for at the delivery address.
- Returns and Resizing. Returns and complimentary resizing are governed by our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Care of Your Ring. Guidance on caring for your ring is provided with every order. Damage caused by misuse, accident, or alteration by a third-party jeweller falls outside any repair or replacement offered by us.
- Intellectual Property. The Evergold Jewelry name, designs, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
- Acceptable Use. You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to reach.
- Our Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
- Updates. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
